FSM Stamping becomes new owner of SYSCOMP and MOTEC

FSM Stamping GmbH has taken over the shares of Flamm Syscomp GmbH in Hennigsdorf and Flamm Motec GmbH in Nauen from the Attendorn-based family business MUBEA. FSM is backed by the Berlin-based ANDREAS & PEIFFER group of companies and the long-standing managing directors Thorsten Ladwig and Dirk Ermster. MUBEA had entered the aerospace supply industry in 2018 with the acquisition of Flamm Group. In the course of focusing on its strategic core businesses, MUBEA sold the companies SYSCOMP and MOTEC of the Flamm Group.

SYSCOMP and MOTEC produce stamped and formed parts for the automotive, railroad and household appliance industries and together employ over 250 people. Despite the general uncertainty in the automotive industry, Managing Director Ladwig believes the company is well positioned for the future: “With lean processes and innovative production methods, we will increase our sales to over €70 million in 2020.” The new shareholders are planning further investments and the expansion of the Hennigsdorf and Nauen sites.

ANDREAS & PEIFFER specialize in succession solutions and restructuring, primarily in the metal and electrical industries. The Group employs around 1,250 people and develops its businesses with a long-term perspective.

MUBEA is an innovative automotive supplier with products for chassis, body and powertrain. The owner-managed family business has 15,000 employees at 47 locations in 20 countries and generates sales of around €2.4 billion.
