Your profile

Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Stanz- und Umformtechnik

Erfahrung: erste Berufserfahrungen sind wünschenswert

Kenntnisse: gute Kenntnisse in Kaltverformung mittels Einlege-, Folgeverbund- und Transferwerkzeugen

Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten: sorgfältiges und präzises Arbeiten, Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht System, gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort- und Schrift"

Your tasks

  • Herstellung, Abstimmung und Inbetriebnahme von Stanz- und Umformwerkzeugen
  • Bedienung von konventionellen Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Aufbereitung von Ersatzteilen für die Werkzeuge
  • Optimierung von Stanz- und Umformwerkzeugen in Bezug auf Standfestigkeit, Ausbringung und Qualität
  • Stetige Optimierung des Produktionsprozesses in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion und Qualitätsabteilung
