Your profile

Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung zum Umformmechaniker oder artverwandte Metallberufe

Erfahrung: Erste Berufserfahrungen sind wünschenswert

Kenntnisse: Grundkenntnisse in der Fertigung von Stanz- und Umformteilen sowie in Aufbau und Funktion von Stanzwerkzeugen, handwerkliches Geschick und gutes technisches Verständnis in der Kaltumformung, der Nachweis zum Führen eines flurbedienten Krans ist wünschenswert jedoch nicht Bedingung

Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten: Sorgfältiges und präzises Arbeiten, Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht System, gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort- und Schrift

Your tasks

  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Stanzautomaten einschließlich Coil- und Kistenwechsel
  • Bedienung der Anlagensteuerung sowie Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Ablaufs
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen der Produkte mit Messmitteln und Prüfvorrichtungen
  • Buchung von Materialien und Fertigteilen im System
